I'll give you the straight answer. The thing is there are a number of great courses delivered by people who are certified trainers and professionals working in that field but there are also courses that people who are at a lower level than those professional instructors provide. Which means that there are just as many good courses as there are average ones, so you're going to need to do a little research before deciding to take the plunge. It is a great place to learn just about any discipline.
