Course review: The official documentation is quite detailed, but it'll be much easier to follow this documentation if you have prior experience in a RDBMS system like MySQL etc. because the tutorial starts from an intermediate level.

Personally, the chapter on "Data Modeling" is what I found the most useful since that's where you really learn how to structure data objects in a schemaless world, especially if you are coming with a relational database mindset.
