Course review: If you are planning to learn Git, there should be no reason to look anywhere else. The book picks up concepts from the very beginning and makes no assumptions about any prior versioning experiences.

P.S. If you don't have the time or patience to go through the whole book, just chapters 1-3 should be good to get you off the ground.
